Orissa Teachers Federation threatened to observe 5th September as Black day
Report by Orissadiary correspondent; Bhubaneswar: The Nikhila Utkal Primary Teachers Federation threatened to observe 5th September as Black day and to stage mass Dharana in front of the Assembly in the next session. In a press conference here on Tuesday President of the Federation Pramod Kumar Jhankar expressed that the government is telling quality teaching but the government is not recommending 6th pay commission to the primary teachers.

The Anmoli committee has not yet submitted their report. The Education Right Act - 2009  effective from Ist April throught the country. The state government has given their consent to implement the Act. in our state.

Among others General Secretary of the Federation Kamalakanta Tripathy, Advisor Dasarath Mohanty were present in the press conference.
