Report by Priyabrata Nayak; Bhubaneswar: Three Indian Police Service officers are promoted to DIG rank. Chief Minister Naveen pattnaik gives nod for promotion of 1997 batch IPS Diptesh kumar pattnaik, 1998 batch IPS Dayal gangwar and 1998 batch IPS officer Dev dutta singh. Diptesh kumar pattnaik was on leave for a quite long time. Gangwar was posted as Commandant OSAP and Singh in currently in charge of southwestern range.
