Report by OD bureau; Bhubaneswar: BJP leader Bijay Mohapatra slams Odisha govt over coal block allocations. Mohapatra alleged that Odisha Govt has recommended coal blocks to private companies for coal to liquid projects without signing MoUs.

Mohapatra alleged that the state government has recommended 52 applications to coal ministry. He said that CM Naveen Patnaik took decisions to recommend coal blocks.
