Report by OD bureau, Bhubaneswar: Suspended BJD MP Pyari Mohan Mohapatra writes letter to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik over his newly launched Odisha Jan Morcha's rally in Bhubaneswar on October 28. 

Mohapatra alleged that conspiracies are being hatched to foil Odisha Jan Morcha's Oct 28 rally & create law & order situation. He said plans were being hatched to obstruct vehicular movement to the rally venue and stop Odisha Jan Morcha (OJM) supporters from reaching the venue on the day.

Mohapatra has also requested to keep all road and rail routes from different parts of the state free from all obstructions on October 28 and the Commissionerate Police be directed to ensure that the rally passed off peacefully.

Reacting over his letter ruling BJD dismissed Mohapatra. BJD senior leader Kalpataru Dash said sensing failure of his so called rally Mohaptra tried to divert the attention of people.
