Indian Panorama Film Festival Inaugurated in Delhi
New Delhi: Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore, Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting has said that movies in the Indian Panorama section has an has an emotional appeal with the audiences as they can relate them with their own culture, region and language. 

The art of storytelling through movies has undergone a change with the times and a trend has now started in India to produce Films based on inspiring stories of real life events. Col. Rathore mentioned this while inaugurating the Indian Panorama Film Festival at Siri Fort auditorium here today. Smt Jayashree Mukherjee, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting was also present on the occasion.
