Report by Orissa Diary correspondent; Bhubaneswar: The Finance Minister Prafulla Chandra Ghadei has submitted the Orissa VAT amendment Bill -2010 and the Minister of Higher Education Debi Prasad Mishra submitted the Orissa Education (2nd) Amendment Bill- 2010 in the House on Friday. The Advisory Committee has fixed  for discussion on the above two Bills on Saturday.

The Higher Education Minister Debi Prasad Mishra on behalf of the Chief Minister placed the Annual Report of the Orissa State Pollution Control Board and Orissa State Financial Corporation in the House on Friday.
