Bhubaneswar: Tata Steel was given the Think Odisha Best Empowerment Award here on Friday.

Vice-president of Orissa Project of Tata Steel Hridayeshwar Jha, receiving the award on behalf of the company from Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. Jha, known for his quiet and pro-active initiative, has been scaling up the move in the Kalinga Nagar Steel Project. The company is endearing the local tribals through its CSR Initiative. Among the corporate sector, Nalco also received the Best Environmental Excellence Award.
