Bhubaneswar: To provide mentoring support to its members to enable them to move to next level of growth, CII Odisha launched its new services titled Business Mentoring Services in partnership with Coaching Foundation of India Limited.

The objective of BMS would be to offer mentoring services to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve their competitiveness, successfully managing business and to develop the leadership excellence and navigate business challenge.

CII-BMS forum consists of ten members typically from non-competitive business. The members will meet once in a month for two to three hours for 12 months. The sessions would be presided over by Pradipta Mohapatra of Coaching Foundation of India (CFI) to facilitate peer learning and to solve problems. Besides the members will be imparted one-on-one coaching and business advisory services. The second meeting of BMS was held on 25 September 2012 at Hotel Sandy’s Tower, Bhubaneswar.
