Report by Akshya Rout; Jajpur: Four school students suspected of stealing mobile phones, chargers and other items from a shop at Tamaka in Jajpur district were arrested by the police on Saturday , said P. Tudu the police officer of Tamaka police station.
On last Thursday some persons cutting the skylight of the shop managed to steal mobile phones and other items worth of one Lakh rupees .
“ During investigation, police came to know that four 9th class students of a local shop committed theft after entering the shop through skylight in the night. Craze to have a mobile phone led the students to commit this crime. Police recovered nine cell phones from them. Police are investigating the case”, said the police officer.
