Report by OD bureau; Jagatsinghpur: 66th Independence Day has observed all over India. THE INTELLECTS; a progressive forum of intellectuals has celebrated this occasion in a different notes. It is a forum which works for betterment of society thus it has organized a plantation programme in Balikuda Degree Women’s College, Balikuda. This programme is highly appreciated by chief gust of the occasion Mr. Lagnajeet Rout, BDO, Balikuda and other intellectuals.

Students of the college are very much excited as they have celebrated our national festival in different way. On this occasion chief guest assured to provide all types of administrative help to carry forward this movement in future. The principal of the college has appreciated the move of THE INTELLECTS and students attitude towards environment.

Rabi Narayan Sarangi, Anil Kumar Mishra, Susant Kumar Das and other member of THE INTELLECTS were present on the event and left a new message to the community is that National Day can be celebrated by working for the society.
