Report by AR Khan, Keonjhar: 480Saplings were planted by school children in the school periphery of Saraswati Sishu Mandir- Bhadrasahi. The pogram was sponsored by  MESCO STEEL. The programme was inaugurated by the ex- principal of the School Mr. Kalinga Kumar Dhir, who isnow an employee of MESCO, and was presided by MR. D.K Dubey (Dy. Mgr, Mining)and Miss. Priyanka Mishra (Officer, CSR).

To encourage the students and enlighten them about the importance of plants in human life, a speech competition was also held among the students and prizes were awarded to the winners. The programme ended with a short speech of Mr. D.K Dubey who gave a short description about the medicinal value of Plants to the students.
