Orissa Television launches 1st Odia spiritual channel Prarthana

Bhubaneswar: The first Odia spiritual channel Prarthana was launched by Odisha Television on the occasion of the Maha Visuva Sankranti on Wednesday. Chief of the channel and OTV senior general manager Ratikanta Satpathy said the channel would show programmes based on religion, tradition, reforms and culture and give special emphasis on Odia festivals and culture.
