Report by Ananta Prasad; Bhubaneswar: Ace producer of Ollywood Industry Anam Sahoo ceebrated his 50th Birth anniversary amidst the odia film fraternity here in Bhubaneswar. After successfully producing seven cinemas in a row he celebrated his golden jubilee birth day on the audio release occasion of his eight movies “Mita Basichhi Mu Bhuta Sathire.” 

State Revenue Minister, Sri Surya Narayan Patra wished him all luck and recollected some memory down the line when he had met Mr Sahu first time. He praised his skills of making film and his passion for the industry in his open mouth.

On this auspicious occasion with the loving efforts of film fraternity a souvenir “ Sunama Dhanya Anama” on his life and career was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Mr. Surya Narayan Patra and other guests like Bijoy Mohanty, Debu Bose, Akash, Priya, Sanjay Nayak, Kuna Tripathy.

Ollywood big wigs like Debu Bose, Bijay Pattanaik, Sanjay Nayak, Akash Das Nayak, Basant Sahoo, Puspa Panda, Priya and many more addressed the audience about the greatness and the contribution of Mr Anam Sahu for the Odia Film Industry. Being a man of straight words and sheer conviction he is able to produce the first ever 3D film in Odia and even in the eastern India arena.

Starting from ‘Nandini I love You’ to ‘Mita Basichhi Mu Bhuta Sathire’ he has produced ‘Mita Re Mita, Megha Sabari re Asiba Feri, Chhati re Lekhichhi Tori Naa’, Mana Mora Prajapati, Chori Chori Mana Chori, Chandini I Miss You and four more movies are likely coming to floor. His Laxmipuja Production Pvt Ltd’s upcoming projects are ‘Mtha re dei pata Odhani, Thik Tori Pari Jhia Tie, Nahila Upare Dahila and Debata.

In his fifth creation Mana Mora Praja Pati, he has proven his skills in Direction and he has been playing the role of a lyricit, Music Director, Singer in his movies. In his upcoming movie Debata, he himself is in the lead role.
