Report by Ashok Palit; Bhubaneswar: The music of upcoming Odia movie 'Om Sai Ram ' was launched at a city hotel on Sunday. The movie revolves around the lives of three brothers – Om, Sai and Ram – who have conflicting interest’s .
Sabyasachi and Buddhaditya play the characters of Om and Sai respectively. The lead actress of the film is Koel Banerjee has been cast opposite Buddhaditya and Moushumi opposite Manas. Prakruti Mishra opposite Sabyasachi, Om Sai Ram is produced by Susant Rath under the banner of Sai Krupa Films While the music has been composed by Manmath Mishra lyrics is by Sirsananda Daskanungo, Basantraj Samal, Manmath Mishra and Nizam.
Sai devotee Guruji Chandrabhanu Satpathy, Popular singers like Tapu Mishra, Sailabhama,Krishna Mishra,Arupa Dash,Avijit Mishra,Goutam Giri and music director Manmath Mishra , Ratiranjan,Kumar Bikas and Director Hara Pattnaik have lent their voices for the songs in the film. Dialogues of the movie are written by Subodh Patnaik. Along with direction, Hara Patnaik has taken care of screenplay too.
Besides the above cast Minaketan, Chakra dhar Jena, Hara Pattnaik, Saroj Dash, Brajasingh, Ashrumochan, Srila and more are to be seen in the movie.. The album consists of seven songs. The entire cast of this film was present at the launch. This movie is expected to release in Ganeshpuja.
