Report by Rashmi r Parida; Bhubaneswar: Odia designer Pritam Panda recently designed costumes for international Pop sensation Michelle Delamor and Saraa 'l Hani.

Pritam who hailed from Odisha designed costume for American Idol season 9 Michelle Delamor for   the promos of her upcoming video album. “For Delamor I have created two looks one of them being a white silk originally known as TUSSAR that has been sourced and woven exclusively by weavers from remotes of Odisha and has been accessorized with filigree inspired ornamentation and stranded silver chains .This is my second venture on styling and designing for an international video album after VIVIAN Ahzhar’s - Mermaids Estacy " says the designer from his Dubai work studio.

Pritam also designed costume for International pop sensation Saraa 'l Hani exactly 3months back as she walked on the ramp at the Murex D’or Red carpets sporting an ensemble from Pritam Panda Pre Fall line'13. Recently Panda also designed costume for pop star Ursella Andreas performs live at the Burj Khalifa. Andreas sporting two ensembles custom made by Designer Pritam Panda a white raw silk again that has been woven in home state Orissa and a black beaded corseted & crinoline ensemble with n embellished jacket.

Panda has been keeping tied up since a year now with international celebrity styling contracts for the likes of the legendry queen of country music Dolly Parton who has been flaunting Panda’s haute couture and costumes based on silks sourced from Odisha at most of her major concerts and public appearances and London based young pop sensation Kimberley Wyatt who has been often spotted in the designer’s glitzy glam numbers on and off screen.
