Bhubaneswar: Governor Murlidhar Chandrakant Bhandare inaugurated a painting exhibition on Lord Jagannath organised by ETV Odia at the Rashtriya Lalit Kala Kendra here on Monday. The exhibition will continue till July 15.

The paintings were collected after the TV channel held a State-wide competition among students of schools, colleges and universities. Even some professionals had also taken part in the competition.

The paintings at the exhibition range from oil-on-canvas to watercolour and from linear to complex colour combinations portraying Lord Jagannath in different forms using a child’s imagination to a professional’s understanding.
