Report by OD bureau; Bhubaneswar: Odisha Tourism department will organize Palla and Daskathia Utsav from 19th July to 21st July. 

In this three-day Palla and Daskathia Utsav so many Palla and Daskathia artistes from across the State will perform their art in Rabindra Mandap. The festival is jointly organised by State Tourism and Culture Department and Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi to promote the traditional art form.
