Report by OD bureau; New Delhi: Photo Exhibition on tourism potential of Odisha's Kendrapara  draw big crowds  in New Delhi. Two days Photo Exhibition on tourism potential of Kendrapara concluded on Thursday at the Constitution Club of India in New Delhi.

On Thursday senior BJP leader LK Advani, Union tribal welfare minister V Kishore Chandra Deo, former union minister Rajiv Pratap Ruddy, Renuka Chaudary, MP Shasi Bhusan Behera, MP Dilip Tirkey, MP Sandeep Dixit and so many celebrities visited the exhibition. Advani hailed the organizer for organizing such exhibition in New Delhi to promote tourism potential of  Kendrapara. The two days exhibtion draws more than ten thousand visitors.

It should be noted that the exhibition was inaugurated by Union Tourism Minister Subodh Kant Sahay on 22nd August. Sahay appreciated the efforts of local youths and local MP B J Panda for organizing such exhibition in national capital for the promotion of the tourism potential of Kendrapara. An innovative Coffee Table Book on Kendrapada was launched by Union Minister of Tourism Subodh Kant Sahay in New Delhi to promote the vast tourism potential in this coastal district. This event was facilitated by senior BJD leader and Kendrapara MP B J Panda.

State’s Minister of Agriculture Debi Prasad Mishra, who was earlier in charge of Tourism and Culture, and Minister of Food, Supplies and Consumer Welfare Pratap Deb, who hails from Kendrapada, were present during the inauguration of the exhibition.

The event was organized by the Kendrapara Development Foundation with the support extended by the Department of Tourism & Culture of the State Government, Bhubaneswar-based Siksha O Anusandhan University and Swosti Group.
