Report by OD bureau; Berhampur: Aclaimed Artist Surath Choudhury teaches students in Govt College of Art And Crafts Khallikote , Odisha on contemporary painting. Artist Surath Choudhury guides students of GCAC, Khalikote during a Contemporary Painting workshop which was held from 24th September to 27th September.
The workshop consists teaching, lecturing, and demonstrating on the contemporary painting from1960 till today contemporary period. Artist Choudhury teaches students subject like feminism, multiculturalism, globalization etc. Nearly 50 students attended the workshop.
It should be noted that Artist Surath Choudhury owned several awards nationally. He owned national Kalidas Academy award. He also participated in many art camps, exhibitions in India and abroad.
