Report by OD bureau; New Delhi: Delhi High Court appoints a Committee to Conduct annual Ratha Yatra in Jagannath Temple, Hauz Khas. The committee comprising of Justice S.L. Bhayan, (Retired), court observer, who will be assisted by Duryodhana Pradhan, Jyaram Samal, BK Dash and RN Samal. 

The committee will oversee the organization and conduct of the Jaggannath Ratha Yatra to be held from 21st June to 29th June, 2012. Court in it's order said that the both parties agreed to fully cooperate the court observer. The court in it's order said that the fees of the Justice S.L. Bhayan(Retired) will be borne by the defendant no 1 Duryodhana Pradhan.
 
Today the High Court appointed committee meet at the premises of the Jaggnath Temple in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. After the meeting Justice S.L. Bhayan said that, "Today we reviewed the situation over the preparation of Ratha Yatra. Our priority is how to conduct Ratha Yatra successfully."
