Dr. Mansingh expressed On Monday evening while he was awarded Kharavela award by the K.N.Memorial Foundation by the Governor of Orissa Muralidhar Chandrakanta Bhandare. Accepting the award Dr. Mansingh said that Kharavela was a grear King,who has taken nine years of hard training.His life histry knows from the craved of Hati Gumpha(Elephant Cave).Those are taking the post of Minister,they should be trained. Earlier all the Kharavela award given posthumously to Biju Patnaik,Dr.Harekrushna Mohatab,Nilamani Rautaray all Ex-Chief Ministers of Orissa but Dr. Mansingh was awarded Kharavela award alive. Among others Retired Administrator Bibek Patnaik,President of the organising committee Dillip Kumar Nanda and Janaki Badapanda were present.
