Chennai: Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalitha, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik felicitate international sand artist Sudarshan Pattnaik on Friday on the occassion of 76th Utkal Dibas Samaroha in Chennai.
The event was organized by Utkal Association of Madras. Utkal Association of Madras also felicitated noted dancer Kumkum Mohanty, singer Illia Raja and Vani Jayram on this occasion. Earlier in the day, the two leaders shared the dais at a function to lay the foundation stone for Odisha Bhavan here. Odisha Bhavan, to be constructed on a 12,000 sq.ft land in the city.
