Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has felicitated Scuba Diver Sabir Bux at Secretariat on Monday.

Sabir Bux was born on 10th July 1966 in Sundergarh district of Odisha. A singer, painter, jockey, mimicry artist, surfer, Sabir is a Limca Record holder and international Scuba Diver. After his mechanical diploma while working as sales executive in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Sabir also undertook an advance open water course, which enables the diver for diving at night.

Within a sort span of time, Sabir was diving as professional and was capable of removing his gas cylinder, mask and regulator even at a depth 60 feet. Besides the professional license, Sabir also holds a certificate for under water photography and videography.
