Report by OD bureau; New Delhi: Delhi-based acclaimed Odia artist Sanjay Bhatt designed cover page of prestigious magazine Readers' Club Bulletin. Bhatt designed the July issue of Readers' Club Bulletin which is published by the National Book Trust, New Delhi. Bhatt illustrate how on rainy days, when rain and sun play hide and seek then an angel paints the rainbow on the canvas sky.
