Prasanna Acharya, Minister of Health and Family Welfare will grace the occasion as Chief Guest. Minister of State Sports and Youth Services  and Revenue & Disaster Management Prabin Chandra Bhanja Deo will attend as Guest of Honour.Kendrapara MP and Trustee of Indian Metals Public Charitable Trust  Baijayanta Panda will preside over the Occasion.
