Bhubaneswar: Suman Mohanty would lead the U-19 State cricket team as captain announced Odisha Cricket Association’s Junior Selection Committee in Cuttack on Tuesday.
The 16 members team would represent the State in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy U-19 One-Day East Zone League scheduled to be held from October 22 to 28 at Dibrugarh and Tinsukia in Assam. The team will leave for Assam on October 19.
In their inaugural match Odisha would meet West Bengal and Assam at Dibrugarh on October 22 and 26 respectively.
Similarly, at Tinsukia would meet Jharkhand and Tripur on October 24 and 28 respectively.
