Andhra Pradesh CM approves appointment of 1341 new posts in A.P.Genco

Hyderabad: The Chief Minister Sri N.Kiran Kumar Reddy has approved the appointment of 1341 new posts in A.P.Genco to strengthen the power generation in the State. The posts include 350 Assistant Engineers, 881 Junior Plant Attendants and 110 LDC posts. In these, Assistant Engineers and Junior Plant Attendants will be appointed through direct recruitment and LDC posts will be taken through outsourcing basis. Within the projects budget, the expenditure will be borne by A.P. Genco.
