Shimla: Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister today joined the tourists and other New Year celebrations enthusiasts who had assembled in thousands at The Ridge and Mall to celebrate the New Year. He also took stroll on The Mall and Ridge and interacted with the tourists and others as commoner.

The Historic Ridge and Mall is known for New Year celebrations throughout the country. He also exchanged New Year Greetings with them.
