Behera said in Delhi, the Sheila Dikshit-led Congress government has taken a step in implementing 27 per cent reservation for students of OBC in all colleges and universities on February 27. Similarly, Behera requested the chief minister to take steps for inclusion of the Odisha Reservation of Posts and Vacancies Resolution for Other Backward Classes in the 9th Schedule of the Constitution to enable the Backward Class youths of the state to avail 27 percent reservation, which is lying with the home ministry for the last four years.
