Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said on the direction of the Supreme Court, charge sheet has been submitted against Nalinikanta Muduli, son of Bichitrananada Muduli, Sukanti Muduli, Saroj Kumar Sahu, Zernie Marines Private Limited represented by Nalinkikanta Muduli, Nabapravat Trust represented by Sukanti Muduli, Saroj Kumara Sahu, Nalinikanta Muduli and Kondapalli Rama.  

In response to a question of BJP MLA Brundaban Majhi, Chief Minister Patnaik said in the above case cognisance had been taken by the court on May 11, 2001. A further date has been fixed on February 2, 2007 for appearance, he said. The houses of Bichitrananada Muduli and Nalinikanta Muduli and 61 others were searched in connection with the Bhubaneswar vigilance case, he added.
