Hyderabad: Chief Minister Mr.N.Kiran Kumar Reddy directed Chief Secretary Smt.Minnie Mathew to continuously pursue with NTPC to get the promised additional power at the earliest. Chief Minister has reviewed electricity generation position, inflows into reservoirs with Chief Secretary and CMO officials this afternoon at Secretariat. The officials informed that demand - supply gap was 30 MU yesterday and 35 MU today.

They have also informed that 7-hours agricultural free power supply maintained in all 9295 agriculture feeders except 13 feeders in the State. Moderate rains received in many parts of the State and improved inflows into Tungabhadra, officials informed Chief Minister.
