Hyderabad: The Chief Minister Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy on his fourth leg tour of Indiramma Baata will tour West Godavari district from 17th to 19th August,2012. It may be recalled here that the Chief Minister has already toured East Godavari district from 14th to 16th July, Srikakulam district from 27th to 29th July and Khammam from 8th to 10th August as part of Indiramma Baata.
The Chief Minister spent three days visiting interior areas of the districts, reviewed the welfare and development programmes and interacted with villagers particularly tribals, farmers, women and students. The Chief Minister's Indiramma Baata tours enabled him to get a first hand knowledge of the people's problems and ensure that the fruits of the welfare measures reach the real beneficiaries. The Chief Minister also pronounced the Sunnamvarigudem declaration for tribal welfare at Chunchupalli village of Khammam district on the 10th of August which was well received by the Tribals. The declaration includes ensuring rights on the tribal lands, settling of all pending claims under Recognition of Forest Rights (ROFR) Act , speeding up these claims during the 2nd phase, development of ROFR lands under NREGS and to ensure rights to tribals on forest produce.
The path-breaking programme aims to cover 100 Assembly constituencies in 100 days. CM, Ministers to have night halt in districts. To have community lunch and dinner with villagers particularly farmers and tribal students etc. The CM & Ministers to have interact with people on pressing problems. The Chief Minister said that more Agency land will be brought under farming and rate of literacy among tribal children will be increased. The Chief Minister already announced that effective implementation of and fine tuning of the flagship programmes and resolving the problems being faced by the people at micro level on the spot are the ultimate aims of the Indiramma Baata programme. He said it is a real exercise to take administration to the door step of the people. Depending on the feedback from the people, necessary changes would be made in the welfare schemes at the State level and even at district level to suit local conditions.
He also assured that 3.60 lakh unemployed youth would be trained and provided job under RYK programme in the State this year. The Chief Minister will reach Polavaram Dam view Point site helipad, West Godavari district from Hyderabad at 10.00 am on Friday, 17th August by helicopter. He will visit Polavaram Project Head Work Site and inspect Display of Irrigation Models, interact with R&R beneficiaries in new Devaragondi Colony of Polavaram Mandal from 10 to 11.30 am. The Chief Minister will reach K.R.Puram and interact with Self Help Groups Social Action Committees at ITDA, K.R.Puram and inaugurate Family Counselling Centre and other Foundations and interact with Zilla Samakhya from 12.10 pm to 1.00 pm. He will reach Jangareddygudem at 1.20 pm and visit Veterinary Dispensary in J.R.Gudem and interact with beneficiaries and Shepherds at Zilla Parishad High School, R.R.Gudem; inaugurate Social Welfare Residential School Building at R.R.Gudem from 1.20 pm to 2 pm. He will have lunch in Social Welfare Residential School, J.R.Gudem from 2 pm to 2.45 pm. Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy will reach Ramanapalem Village in Jeelugumilli Mandal at 3.15 pm and interact with Indira Jala Prabha and NREGS beneficiaries in Ramanapalem village of Jeelugumilli Mandal up to 3.35 pm.
He will reach Kamavarapu Kota at 4.30 pm and inaugurate Yerraakalva Lift Irrigation Scheme and interact with beneficiaries; visit Oil Palm Garden and Interact with oil palm farmers in K. Kota and distribute Oil Engines/Motors under Indira Jala Prabha up to 6 pm. He will later attend Party Workers Meeting from 6 pm to 7 pm. The Chief Minister will reach Sweri School for Girls in Polasanipalli at 7.20 pm and interact with students in Sweri School in Polasanipalli and have dinner with students from 7.20 to 8.20 pm. He will arrive at Horticulture University, Venkatramanagudem at 9 pm and have night halt there. On Saturday, 18th August, 2012, the Chief Minister will inaugurate the Administration Blocks in Horticulture University and interact with Students, Farmers and LEC card Holders and distribute Farm Machinery at Venkatramanagudem from 9.30 pm to 10.30 am. He will inaugurate Road over Bridge, Urban Housing Colony (360 houses) at Kondruprolu, T.P.Gudem Municipality and interact with beneficiaries from 10.30 am to 11.30 am. The Chief Minister will reach Tanuku at 11.50 am and inaugurate Road over Bridge, Disabled Camp in Tanuku and interact with beneficiaries up to 1 pm. He will reach Attili and lay Foundation Stone for Attili Panchayat Drains from 1.20 pm to 1.35 pm.
The Chief Minister will have lunch at AMC, Attili with farmers from 1.45 pm to 2.45 pm. He will reach Achanta, inspect and visit the Modernisation Works in Achanta Koderu and interact with WUAs at AMC, Achanta from 3.10 pm to 4.30 pm. He will arrive at Marteru and lay Foundation Stone for PHC Building at Marteru and Junction Improvement at Marteru from 4.40 pm to 5 pm. Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy will reach Penugonda and distribute Indiramma House Site Pattas and interact with beneficiaries from 5.10 pm to 5.40 pm. He will also interact with BC Boys Hostel students from 5.45 pm to 6.25 pm at Penugonda. The Chief Minister will also attend Iftar at Penugonda from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. He will speak at the Party Workers Meeting at Sri Janardhanaswamy Kalyanamandapam, Penugonda. from 7.40 pm to 8.40 pm. He will have Dinner & Night Halt at AMC, Penugonda. On Sunday, 19th August, 2012, the Chief Minister will visit RYK Institute and interact with Trainees at Kshatriya Kalyanamantapam and lay Foundation Stone for Siragalapalli Lift Irrigation Scheme from 9.15 am to 10 am.
He will reach Narsapuram and proceed to Highway INN and chair the District Review Meeting at Narsapuram In Highway INN from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm. He will visit the Lace Park and interact and inaugurate the Community Production Center at Narsapuram from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm. He will have lunch at Municipal Guest House from 1.30 to 2.30 pm. He will inaugurate the Fish Market at Narsapuram and interact with Fishermen Groups, lay Foundation of Kopparu Lift Irrigation Scheme and address a Public Meeting from 2.30 to 4.30 pm. He will later leave for Hyderabad and reach Camp Residence at 6.15 pm.
