OrissaDiary (OD, www.orissadiary.com) was founded on 11 November 2005. In last six years the OD has fast entrenched itself in the lives of a young and dynamic readership on Odisha throughout the globe. Nevertheless, Orissa Diary's central focus remains on the lived experiences of Odias and their overall social, political, economic and spiritual development.
On 11th November 2011 OD completes six years of its successful operation. On this occasion of 6th Foundation Day, OD Team has planned to celebrate the success stories of Odias and the OD team at Bhubaneswar. The function was held at IDCOL Auditorium, Bhubaneswar, 6 PM. On this occasion Orissadiary honoured at least 13 distinguished personalities from different fields of Odisha. The honour or award name was 'Odisha Living Legend Award'. The awardees were nominated/selected by a committee/team of experts constituted by the Orissa Diary.
